    Terry,
Was that C-Cab sold to John Bonham of Led Zepplin or did he just drive it in the Song Remains the Same documentry?
I always wondered about that, and where it is now. I remember seing it when I was a kid at the Roadster Round-Up in my home town Visalia, CA. in the early 70's.
    Thanks

Sanford , the Instant T was owned by John Bonham then a friend of mine in England bought it , he sold it to a Ford Dealership in Birmingham England. He then bought it back did a light resto & sold it again, It remains in England. Great Iconic Car & still liiks the same , without the blower though.

Thanks Limey Steve, I thought that that was it! John Bonham was not only the greatest Rock Drummer he was a Hot Rodder too! He drives a Dragster in the Video clip too!

No need to thank us Terri...It is a pleasure to have you and your family here. Thanks to you for sharing these pics and history. Great stuff...

  16. Hi Steve,
I'll be talking to you soon need some bits:D

  17. I dropped in on my last trip to the US but got there just as the shop was closing up (spent too long chatting to Steve Coonan at TRJ). Guy that answered the door didn't seem too keen on letting me come in or mildly interested in the fact I'd travelled half way across the world. :(

I guess I'll just have to visit next time. :)

Thanks for sharing these great pics, Terri.

ts3x65mph...Really dig the Organ Grinders photo. If you look closely you'll notice that everyone's shirt says 'Sam' on it. Why? Well, the story I got from Andy, Bruno Gianoli & Jim McLennan at one of Roy's Open Houses (back when he was on Wattis Way) was that if you were under the rail and you needed something all you could see was shoes so you didn't know who, exactly, was close by. What to do? Just yell 'Sam'! Instant aid. Even if it isn't true...I love that story.
