custom dash knob source ?

guys,
where can i find some of those custom plastic / gl*** style pointed dash knobs for accessories like wipers, radio, ash tray, etc ?
i have seen them on some cars, but cant seem to find a vendor.
i seen some that looked like blown gl***, with different colored swirls.

Those metalflake knobs are *****in. Those blue ones would look killer in my 62 Merc after I flaked the roof.
