Hey there! My name's Holly, though I go by Hollay or TheHWord on most corners of the interwebs.. My dad has been a hot rod/street rod enthusiast since before I was even born, and I've really enjoyed helping him out with them (he builds and customs) and occasionally driving around in them (well, on the offchance he's not being stingy. <.<). Currently we have a pristine orange little 66 mustang fastback that's almost finished, just needs the engine dropped in. We just sold a (I think, I could be wrong about the year here.. :0) 1930s ford truck.. We're also both going to the NSRA nationals in Knoxville and Louisville this summer, I can't wait, especially since the Louisville show is going to be on my birthday! Anyway, I hope it's okay that I post some pictures!
I miss that one! It was gorgeous and rode perfect.. sounded like a dream, but the only problem was that my father and I are both pretty tall, and talk about leg cramps in the tiny cab of that thing. Haha. It was definitely fun to work on though, and it got lots of attention wherever it went. And hey, those from Indiana are just Kentuckians who didn't make it to Ohio. ;D
Welcome from Newport Kentucky! What section of Ky are you from? That Stang looks like the one I seen at Edgewater a few years back? Small block Chevy in it? Same car??
I'm from southeastern Kentucky.. Hazard! About 30 minutes from Jackson, hour and a half from Somerset. :3 The car is getting ready to have a new custom engine dropped in it.. It's been to quite a few places in the south before this, Tennessee especially.
