Amen. Regarding my '39 Chevy 2 door, I couldn't have said it better.

That was my resolution. I worked 60-70 hours every week last year and got nothing done on the cars. I'm cutting work time to half. They'll have to figure something else out. And finish a few projects. I've been on a 350 powered Z for my nephew for 6 months. It gets done and to the all Z race in March. I've welded new floor and frame in for 6 hours so far so I'm good on that. His dad has a '39 that we also haven't touched in a year. It gets finished by fall. Parts are all there. I've got a couple, a '66 PU that just needs a little AOD shifter work and a Model Y that has lingered for 10 years. I'm ashamed to admit that last one, but it's got a lot of custom work and all the Jag, M II, SS lines, etc. I changed my tag line at the start of the year, before this post.

Mine is to complete the floorboard in the my Coupe. Get all my glass finished and installed. Sand down the whole car and shoot with primer. Rebuild the motor and get the thing shifting rite. And start the Model a truck or 34 truck. Wow i am already wore out. Sure want to make it to Paso Robles this year.

PASO OR BUST for the 51. This includes getting SLAMIT's 49 done too so we go up caravan style.

Get started on my 61 comet, put better heads on my 65, and more gear, hope to get to the 11's this year, ok I'd settle for mid to low 12's for now. Maybe get some parts for the A. Oh, but I need money, theres always a catch isn't there! [IMG]

I heard THAT! I plan to sell the house, use the money to pay off all my bills and build a 4 car garage with a small 2-room house attached. Then I'll cut back to a 2-3 day work week, and spend the rest of the time building cars. [IMG]

My goal for this year is to get out of bed EVERY day, get dressed and move around under my own power. Then as a bonus I'm sorta planning on some work on my projects. Check in 1 year from now and I'll tell you how it worked out. One thing about getting old, you tend to have a clearer view of what you'll actually accomplish [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

Pick my new chopped windows up at the glass company and get some glass in the Hotrod.

That would be a great build Randy!

I've got 3 goals for 2005, #1 Finish the Lyndwood rail restoration. #2 Order and install the subrails in this roadster that I found in 1962, sold, and got back two years ago. If I push myself I may have a running wreck with a Winfield equiped 4 banger for Scarry Larrys Pennsylvania event. #3 chop the '50 Fleetline, thanks to MarkX for the model to follow. [IMG]

To get my Buick all ready to cruise the hell out of this summer. Nothing much to do, some minor upgrades, an altitude adjustment, and wheels and tires. -Joe
