Keep looking folks ... they are still out there hidden in the barns and garages.

NO ... It is not mine :(

But a friend of mine got this 32 3W coupe out of a barn in upstate New York this past weekend. I have known about this find for a some time but waited until he got it home and safely in his garage. The 3W came with everything that you see that is missing to make it a complete, full fendered coupe. He also got a BUNCH of other nice 32 stuff. The REAL KICKER is ... that sitting next to this 32 was a 1934 Ford 3W coupe ... that is even NICER ... and more complete :D

Nice! I drive by a '32 5Window every day. Just need the price to drop to reality.

very nice score the buyer got a sweet car with what looks like a real cherry 25 louver hood the seller just cashed in one of his 401 k's that didn't take a hit like most people's, the 34 is probabley being saved for a rainy day?

Randy probably got the 25 louver hood for keeping the news under wraps. I think he's got like a dozen of them:eek::cool::D

Nice car, but info on the 34'?

To me the 32 started a good style, but Ford perfected it with the 33/4.

  14. Holy cow! what a score...info on the '34? congrats to your friend

The 34 is not for sale ... at this time :)

I do not have any photos of the 34 ... but the guy who got the 32 3W told me that the 34 was WAY nicer. With maybe a day or two of work ... the 34 could be driven :D

And so it goes, another one of those extra-rare 32 3W coupes pops to the surface!
When will it be our turns?

Wow. You guys really have your ear to the ground with these finds. Congrats you your friend for the awesome find!

One of these day the Devil Deuce will come out of hiding and will be saved. I'm hoping I reserve my time for that car.

The first car I ever wanted was a '32 Ford 3W coupe. Used to just lust for one. In recent years, I've convinced myself that "it's just a car", and "they're too expensive", and a "I'll be just as happy with a model A", etc. Even went so far as to start thinking I was tired of lookin' at 'em. What is it about seeing this one, that makes me fall in love with 'em all over again? Seriously...Is it the fact that it's a survivor, in nice shape, in black with red wheels and spots of primer? The fact that it doesn't look to have been "messed with" too much? Maybe the stance...it's sittin' kinda high, like stock height. Maybe 'cause it's not all slicked-off like a street-rod, and retains that "old timey" look...that might be it. Bottom line...I wish it was mine.

Perhaps it is just part of the sickness, but I just cannot imagine for the life of me how someone could have such nice vehicles and not have an eternal fire lit under their ... behinds, to get them going and driving.

I swear I would be jobless and divorced as I would just sit in it with a grin, even when not driving.

Well, good for you and your ***ociate!

Sure hope he's a HAMBer, upstate NY usually translates into Billet laden, crate motor, pro street yuk. Would hate to see that happen to that nice a car.
