my name's cary, and i'm a jockey journal transplant. i grew up around old cars and have been in love with them ever since my dad took me to my first car show at the drive in burger joint. i know it sounds cliche, but it's true. i don't own anything now, but i just finished college and i live in a one bedroom with no garage, so it's just bikes for now. i've got a 74 honda and i'm building a yamaha 650 bobber right now. joined up to look for parts and look at everyone's stuff. i'm looking for my cousin, eric aurand. he's a pretty accomplished artist, designer and tech. he's also pretty hard to track down. he used to do illustrations for hot rod mags (i don't know if he still does) and design cars. i've found some old articles that mention him, but i can't find any info on contacting him. i know it's a shot in the dark, but if anyone knows of him or has pics of his work, i'm starting to re***emble my collection.
