im in for the 390 vote. not a fan of fords in fords as isnt hotrodding to me, a hotrod should have a diffrent engine, but the 390 is diffrent and very cool. good luck.

i know how you feel too I'm 17 building my roadster on a welding and fab course at college an working part time the rest of the week sure kills ya time but will get there in the end Good luck dude!!
looking good. FYI I used an 84 astro van roof insert. I turned it backwards to get the roof line to flow. Keep up the good work
Check my Album. Added some pics. I used flat stock that flows from the ribs in the roof to the visor. It added strength to the visor and finished it off. Again the Astro van roof was flipped around so that where the van windshield would be now flows to the back of the car. I had to make a few relief cuts to get it to sit. I used sheet metal screws to hold in place, then stitch welded little by little, and removed the screws as I went. good luck.
Hey man, its looking real good! Im doing a T coupe with a 390 and a C6. I would have to suggest a Transgo stage II shift kit. Nobody else beats theses guys for ford shift kits. Keep up the good work!
