Howdy gang, I have teamed up with worlds famous Hawleywoods Barber shop to create a benefit show this Sunday April 25th for Singer,Song writer, Blues & Rockabilly musician Nick Curran who has been battling mouth cancer . A lot of you Roots music buffs know who Nick is! He has backed up legendary artists such as Ronnie "The Blonde Bomber" Dawson, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, and Kim Lenz - just to name a few.
There will be a car show beginning at 12 noon.

The Kings of American Music "The Blasters" will be performing live !
Ultra talented Singer,Song writer , and leader of the retro Swing movement "Royal Crown Revue" - Mr. Eddie Nichols will be doing a duet with Female vocalist "Vicky Tafoya". Many other special guest singers and musicians from all over California will be dropping by and getting up on stage as well.

Along with "Rockin Vic" , i will be DJ'ing all day and evening.

Again, this is all taking place at Hawleywoods Barber shop - 1806 Newport Blvd.
    Costa Mesa, Cal. 92627 (949)-631-COMB www.hawleywoods.com

bring your Rods , Customs, and even stock cl***ics.

Hope to see many of you there - its for a great cause - Many of us don't drive our cars down the highway without tunes blaring so lets try to give back. Thanks very much, Axle

Sounds like a great show, although for a sad cause. I'd sure dig seeing the Blasters live. Dave Alvin is an American music legend!
Best of luck and all power to Nick in his fight.
