    I have three . A '61 Econo pickup ( project ) '64 Econo panel and a '65 Econo panel. Can't post pics with this Webtv unit but can send a page if someone will email me .

    get rid of those new lowrider wheels while you're at it! :D Bagging these things isn't easy. There are a lot of threads on it. Lowering can really screw up the steering geometry and the rear will require notching the frame and floor. Just FYI


    Weird! Someone put the side doors on the rear and the rear doors on the side!

    Oh really? i didnt realise the side and rear doors were the same(i haven't seen it in the flexh yet) i figured the side windows were a factory option but now you say that it all makes sense.

    There is good reason for doing it though as you'll see from thses pics...

    Yeah, the side and rear doors are interchangeable. That's why you frequently see panel vans with windows on the side doors and it doesn't quite look right. Not to be confused with the "display vans" which had glass all down one side.

    I can't see Herb's pix either.

    just bought my kiddo his first hot rod 68 truck he is 11 so has a few years to build it. i will post some pics when i get it sunday....awesome trucks guys

    I think I remeber seeing the one with the engine in the back for sale on ebay a few years back, it was in the states as far as I remember.

    it makes my stomach twist to see how much that thing is at on the auction already. history or not....that thing looks like a steamy pile. whats up with the pipes hanging out in the bed?

    I think Mac's catalog has production numbers in it. No side doors makes it a true panel van. I think they had lower production numbers, but that doesn't make them more valuable because most people want the doors.
