I have found this 1/2 ton GMC Aluminum step van, it'd be great as a project but it's alot of work and money I don't have!

I drug home an all origional '42 willys mb a few years back with the dreams of restoring it. But it had been sitting in this old guys field well since the mid 60's so it was pretty far gone. Almost had it running, but with a house and a new kid the dream had to be s****ped. Parted it out sold what I could and sent the rest to the crusher. It really stinks when that happens. Sorry no digital pics available to post.

 

I bought this truck in 82 for $500.00, last year all that I had good was the ***le and the front fenders, sold the fenders for $400.00, was going to s**** the rest. Change of heart, Zee'd the frame, channeled it 4 in.,cut bottom off doors to get rid of rot. Have a slant six to go in, 35 Dodge front axle with 1/4 ellipical springs, cycle front fenders. Going to chop it 2 in. and have a fun around town cruiser, with paint no rust.
