Charlie, better go read the newbie rules. Transfer some of your bio to an intro so people get a feel for who you are, and then ask questions. Otherwise you might get treated pretty rough. Do you have the es*** frame? Why not use it?

Welcome to a fellow Texan. Um, don't get me wrong man but you know those two swinging metal slabs on the side of the car? They're for getting in and out. I hope this helps you not have use the back window as an exit any more. [IMG]

    Have fun,

i come from a long line of car buffs. my grandfather's last drive had him rear ending a cop in his old "forty something ford " as my mom put it.the p***ion inside is for everything old-when it mattered how things were done.old homes, old cars, bikes, furniture ..you get the idea.I'm 35 and two days old. bought the coupe body from a guy and that was all he had.a buddy of his sold me various model a parts after that.my dillema is that the es*** is too straight to go cutting up.almost rather search for the model a and go with that.

Charlie, if you don't get any answers to your Es*** on a Model A frame, you might want to ask the question on a new post. Your sure to get some answers that way. And welcome. Do you have any more pics of the Es***?
