Auto Transportation WARNING

this dude at Fairway use 2 different names Jonathon and Andy and runs his scam from his house in Florida

 

Man, that's a terrible story. My dealings with shippers in the past have been all positive. There's honest guys out there for sure and I think they are the silent majority. I hope all works out for you. Though I think you did the right thing, I honestly can't imagine watching someone drive off with my ride. I would have had the cash in one hand, the agreed amount and a gun in the other. The cops had to come out anyway.

 

I needed two O/T vehicles shipped at different times to my place last year.Hurry up deal and I used U-Ship. Both were brokers,one guy sounded like an Arab running his business from a *****house.Both deals went smooth,the price was right.I probably lucked out...

 

Did you read his reply to your note on the review page listed above?

 

Hmmm..I contacted a few shippers on here and NEVER heard back from either one.Seems your not allowed to post on how they didnt answer you.I lost the deal for the coupe body too due to this..shame they didnt have time.

 

sometimes YOU need to take the initiative and get the junk yourself.
if you are not capable or equipped to do it....? ....well, it wasnt such a good idea to begin with, huh?

to the original poster - for future reference, if you are in a bind and need a car shipped quickly try FEDEX auto transport. just remember, "savings' and "quickly" rarely work in the same sentence.

 

I have dealt with several and they always let me know if they could or couldn't transport.HRP

 

Lost the deal, Really? BS... if you can't come up with a trailer/tow rig, friend with a trailer/tow rig, or pay to have it towed to local storage maybe knitting is more your "deal".

Another option, next time you get in a bind, find a local HAMBer and pay him to haul/store it until transport can be arranged. It costs money to play with big toys.

Sorry to read you've had problems with Transporting your car.
Take your contract, and a Lawyer, and *****slap them with Grand Theft Auto & Fraud.
I've used Able Auto Transport, Inc., and have not had a single problem.
I hope you get the mess cleared up, Good Luck, Man.

shipping anything is a *****. just because they are here on the hamb doesn't mean they aren't full of ****! paying full price doesn't insure your gonna get the best service, learning to be "flexible" will help you survive most cases of ********. you can bet that karma will get these ****bags because as much as you would love to shoot this guy in the face (and i would love to watch you do it) ending up in jail isn't worth a few $$$
