Event Coverage DragFest

Just heard this morning that the 3rd annual DragFest at Famoso Raceway Bakersfield has been postponed due to rain forecast for the weekend.

 

well, weather looks good. i just got off the phone with randy, and its back on for this weekend.

Yeah, only there is no rain in the forecast for the weekend... never was. I have been watching the weather like a hawk since I had to cancel my March Meet plans due to "rain" but Weather.com, Accuweather.com and Wunderground.com are all reporting rain Tues-Wed and all clear Thurs-Sun. Whatever, dragfest.com has been updated and states that it is definitely postponed so it's safe to say, cancel your reservations if you have any. BUMMER!!

Good to hear. Just my luck, the year I finaly get my T bucket on the road we have the wetest winter here in along time, lol.
