I saw the small block ford (289/302) front cover at the mickey auction back in 1979 era and made three of them out of solid plate aluminum...
I made them to be able to get a better port for the boss 302 type heads that I ran.

then I made my own belt drive setup as is what is now marketed by jessel....

[IMG]A pair of 2 bar knock off spinners I picked up a few years back. I don't know if they're rare, but these are the only ones I've ever seen. They are heavy cast aluminum. Anyone know what they originally came on?

Hello, If you arre still looking (probably) my son has a set, they are very solid and even have some of the original orange paint on them, they obviously have been laying around for years. There is an area on the p*** side front tube where someone flattened the front tube for clearance, but no rust-out or thin spots that I can find. Send me you're email, and I'll send pix.

    Hi!

Have tried searching for M/T timing cover with distributor mounting,
    But no luck so far!
Does anybody know if they where made for the small block Ford's?

Allready have one without the mounting:)

    Thanks.

I saw this thread so I thought I would share these pics with you.
These tires have been in the corner of my garage for over 25 years.
They are in perfect shape, though I don't think I would trust them to be used on a car.
If I remember correctly, they even have the original Mickey Thompson tubes in them.
