Well its been awhile since I officially joined the site. Been lurking for quite awhile but figured I better introduce myself before I post anything or do any friend requests. My name is Andy and I've been into cars all my life. From crashing and repainting my Hot Wheels to building full custom award winning model cars as a kid. My dad was into cars when I was younger and I drove a 1967 Camaro RS in high school that they bought brand new from the local chevrolet dealer when my dad worked there. We used to have a 1957 Corvette when I was kid and an Austin Healey Sprite, but dads interests changed and those are gone now (still have the Camaro in the garage). But that didn't stop my love affair with hot rods and later customs. My p***ion has always been painting, from tanks and fenders for my friends motorcycles to full blown Kandy flaked custom jobs. Currently I own and have been working on my 1960 Buick LeSabre 2 door hardtop full custom. And have plans to build my 1929 Hudson Es*** 2 door Challenger coupe with factory suicide doors. The Buick has been my primary project ever since purchase some 11 years ago but like many of us, I changed my build direction a few times until settling on a full custom just 3 years ago! Its ready for a few minor body modification "touch-ups" and then block and reblock and reblock again then paint. Hopes of completing it in the next 2 years. The es*** is almost finished in the collecting of parts to start that one. Great thing about that one is no paint needed, perfect patina!! Anyways I'll try to figure out how to post pics some day and show you guys my stuff. Thanks for reading, Andy
