Here's a pic of it all pretty much one color and with flipper caps...he still wants to paint it a medium blue suede.

Please ignore the dirty-lookin stuff all over the side of the car...and what appears to be a spent pair of ******* (thong?) on the ground. :)

I had to go by the Hollywood 5& Dime yesterday to work on Ralph's panel truck. As I rounded the corner of the alley, Rob's shoebox was on the sidewalk, staring me right in the face. The first thing I noticed was the grill and how the hood was rounded off. I had to stand there and try to figure out if it had been like that before.

    Looks smooth.
    Great work man.

    Brian,

Any chance that you still have the pics of the work that you did? I am about to start diggin into mine and I am looking for a little more inspiration (pronounced great ieas to blatantly steal). :)

I don't need the text with the photo's, just looking for a few intermediate and a completed photo. Feel free to E-mail them if it easier for you.

    Thanks,
    Chris

Thanks for giving me a new background image.

Three color contrasts in a photograph. Freaking neat!

Ha, it's always funny when posts come back from the dead ...

but this is one that deserves to be back!

It's old news now, but that grille surround looks great, and I love how you thought it through. Nice to see an updated photo of the car.
