We've been manufacturing this product for three plus years, but this particular resin technology has been tested and proven for many years.

We are not considering taking BlackTop Satin "off the market", we are only committing more efforts into testing and refining our process for matting this particularly glossy resin. This is merely part of our continued efforts to produce the finest coatings available and not settling for any less.

Yes. We will have a few representatives at Spring Carlisle. We look forward to seeing all of you out there.

So what would happen if the satin finished is used? What are the current drawbacks?

And is the blacktop rated for engine temps, to be substituted rather than using your enamel motorcoat?

The BlackTop Satin just has some issues with long term stability in the can. Other than that, it is a great coating.

The BlackTop is great for a motor. It is good up to 500-600 degrees Fahrenheit.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

We submitted our paperwork. I suppose it takes them a while to approve us. I will send him an email and ask him that question for you.
