What are ya bothered about there Steve? If Farmers build hotrods they can't spend money with the elite that sell them machinery?
Ya wouldn't want too many of ya prospective clients to think farmers were somehow disqualified from having FUN!!! Eh ?

From what I've heard Annmarie did a large part of the work on that hotrod herself........ I went for a ride in it at Beach Hop and thought it was a credit to her (and Gerard) ......... lights the hides pretty good too... "Sustained loss" in fact.........

 

I heard she grumbled about Gerard's "sustained loss of traction"

 

In true Maverick form if that was anything to go by......

And I bet the 'Farmer' would have got to feel said blue suede shoe up his bum if he had a case of 'lost traction' too

To run fenderless here you must belong to a club affiliated to the NZ Hot Rod Association, you must apply for exemption, and you must attend two NZ Hot Rod Association sanctioned events yearly.

 

Fit in with all that (easily done) and you are generally left alone by 'the man'.
