I have a 41 Ford and I am putting the front end together from scratch. I looked at the lower fender supports that I purchased and there are four holes. Same part used for left and right. Am I missing any attachment brackets or does it just mount on the inner fender?

A picture would tell me a lot.
Also, are there any (original) brackets up front to help support the grill and front of fenders.
The ***embly pictures I have seen don't cover much on the 41's.
    This does not help.

Those are correct...from memory, at outer side only the lower hole is used, bolting to lower edge of fender.
Front end ***embly mounts to cowl at rear...at front, it attaches to radiator holder, which is then suspended on a single bolt with a spring at frame, isolating front end from ch***is.

May just be the strength of my gl*** front end. I am able to lift the nose about 1" witch will affect the hood alignment. I was making a lower mount but was wondering if I was missing anything.
As for the splash shield, that is what I saw and did not know if there was anything mounted to the lower inside hole or if that was just left open.

If you don't have the radiator holder, it's shaped somewhat like a U, block the front end until things fit right then make your own mounting set-up. Also the hood support arms and hinges shown in the drawing are early 41's. The later ones are the same as 42-48 and can be used with no problem if your old ones are worn out. Nobody reproduces the early 41's

I have the radiator holder in the car already. It is the 6" in front of that that moves. If I move the bottom of the fender the in the front dips down and vise versa. I am making up a support now and then I will make a air deflector for the radiator.
Phat rat, do you happen to have an extra one of those?

The fenders bolt to the radiator holder, so if you have that you should have what you need. Not sure what you wanted to know if I had extras of. But I don't have radiator supports, hood support arms or hinges

Sorry about the confusion phat rat. Did not know if you or anyone else has an extra air deflector. The sheet metal that mounts in front of the radiator to deflect air threw it and not under the car(part # 11A 8240-BIN THE DRAWING).

Mine is homebuilt. It covers more than the stock one. I also have one between the hood latch plate and the top of the radiator. Every bit of air coming through the grilles is forced through the radiator

There is a v shaped brace that supports the grille to the fenders and the frame mount.
