do these rims work or steelies,www? suggestions

 

I don't like them but then I live in the past.

 

I cant really see them, but im sure steel would look better. Cool truck by the way!

 

RATS! I've been trying to resize so they would show up, they are centerline 15"

Ya , I know! I always say wheels and rubbers, don't know why I wrote rims. Maybe cuz I'm a newbie here?

 

No to the wheels, also looks like low profile rubber lose that too .
Maybe get some 16" steels and aprop. rubber and again not low profile (ie) 60 or 70 series. Nice truck all the same and welcome to the HAMB

 

Steelies would work, but since it's purple, I could see Cragars or some other 5 spoke wheels with redline tires too, would give a late 60's look to the truck. Steel wheels painted body color with baldy caps or chrome steel wheels would also work well.

But Centerlines? Not for me.

 

i too, would prefer the steelies on that truck. i like baby moons as well, though many dont

I like the looks of steel myself..nice panel. But, your opinion is the one that counts. I always build my cars to suit me. If others like it fine. If not, well, that is fine too.

When the picture got better, the wheels got worse. I think it would look real good with gloss black steelies with baby moons and whitewalls. Big and little tires.

 

Love the color, hate the wheels. OEM chrome reverses with blackwalls or narrow whitewalls for me too.

 

big and littles, 15s in front 16s in the rear?

 

Stock late 40's/50's 15" steelies painted black with black walls, and stock ford polished hubcaps and trim rings. IMO

WWW's might give it a MN Vikings look.

Dang nice truck but centerlines kill it,I think it would look good with the new Ford thrush 5 spoke wheels with little taller tires,maybe somebody on here will help you out with Photoshop pictures.
