Two nights ago, i went to my first "Road Zombies" club meeting as i was recomended by my buddy larry (who is already a proud member:) and picked by the other club members as a prospect to join the club! I have to make a certain amount of meetings then they'll vote me in or not. I hope i can pull it off since i travel so much with my skateboarding career, but at least they gave me a full year to do so:) I really like all the members in the club and they are very nice people. I went to their club picnic last year and have been to a couple of car shows and gatherings over this past year and they are a great group of guys with some really cool cars as well. they let me park with them at Billetproof and now at this years Cow Palace show this weekend. the meeting was pretty cool for the fact that i have never attened one and they seemed to have alot going on, so hopefully i can contribute something over the prospect time to make me worth being voted in:)

can't wait to hopefully be able to sport one of these plaques on my model A someday!

cool deal! i have a friend who was hanging around with them a while back, dont know if he made it in or not. i would not mind getting into a car club myself to share some info, tools, friendship, etc. helps keep the motivation up. years ago i was in a motorcycle club (for about 7 years, wore a 3 pc. patch for those who understand what that entails / means)it was a blast, but we certainly did not discuss any members, prospects, meetings, or any club related issues on message boards! Hey CAB I've known those guys for over a decade and they are great guys! Especially Bill, Billy and Ron. It's time for them to grow again and take their rightful place a**** the big clubs again. They really helped build Billetproof in the early days. It may not be around if it hadn't gotten their support.

    I totallty agree Kirk:)
Hope i can contribute on my end to get more opportunities for exposure and ideas to build up the club and make it a super fun time. I really enjoy connecting with good people and Bill's a great guy, very positive and motivated as the rest of the crew is. I'm sure i'll learn alot from just hanging out with these guys.
