Michigan People: Eastern Michigan Auto Fest/ Imlay City, MI

Anybody ever been there? Was wondering if its worth the 3 hour road trip . Good turn outs at the swap meet and auction ? What say you?

 

I never heard of that show

 

hmm never heard of it, I've heard of the Scholz Autofest I believe thats near Imlay City, I always pick up their flyer at shows looks really nice but one reason or another I never get to make it out

got any details on this show?

if your looking for a good show to go to, wait until August 14th and head out to the Showboat City Rumble Hot Rod & Kustom show in Chesaning,MI..should be a good swap meet this year along with some bad*** cars

I was thinking about taking the Big 33' Buick down to the swap meet,.... maybe throw some other stuff in the back of the truck as well,... a 20'X20" swap space is only $20.00,.. so what the heck,... (My Wife will be set up inside the craft area selling the Jewelry she makes).

Coldwater is free to get in with a show car, spectators have to pay. Swap meet is worth the trip

 

Yeah boy, you got that right! I'd like to make Imlay City, not that far for me, but I'll be up to Grayling. I posted a bunch of other goings-on too, on the GMB social site.

 

went last year,poor guys had horrible weather.Great facility and some good cars in auction and car show.Newer show with the makings of a great show.Overall I felt the crowds were good concidering the weather.SWap meet area was also good.

 

I agree, killer swap meet in Coldwater. HAMB friendly. Also a killer swap meet in South Bend, Indiana this weekend.
