The wife and I had a great time! Got a pretty wicked sunburn while handling the wristbands up on the blacktop, but that was my own fault. We will definately be back next year. Count us in to volunteer again!

If I remember correctly it was in with the Greaserama guys, on the East edge of spectator parking.

John, great show. I was a volunteer and was able to get a little insight about what was happening. You did a terrific job of adapting to the changes caused by the rain. You put out the little fires before they became big fires. An excelent example of this was how quick you determined that the spectator parking was out of room and found an alternative just next door. I'll be back next year and will be a volunteer again. Thanks for putting on such a great event.

willys guy -you gotta know that YOU guys were the ones that kept that traffic from getting too backed up.

Many people have been complaining to me about how there was no organization to the parking of the cars...............
honestly - we were just trying to get them in as fast as we could and not worrying about WHERE they were going.

Backups on the roads cause the cops to get involved - that is not a good thing!

    So thanks for helping out!

Hope you can come back next year

Did any body get any pics with Mongo in them ? Big dude with a MONGO PHOTO shirt on and a camera in his hands the whole time. Dark hair, 6' 2" about 280. I always see pics he took at shows but never any pics with him in them.
