I just opened both the '50 Olds and the Lasalle transmissions
the Olds shows some minor chipping on the rear gear of the cluster
but the Lasalle looks excellent

it will be an easy swap to put the Olds tail on the Lasalle

like so : Lasalle transmission gets Olds tailshaft
