I am installing a Rostra cruise control in my '56 Ford F100. I have a Triton 5.4 engine from a 2001 E350. I need to know where to attach the blue tach wire to this engine. It has coil on plug ignition so there isn't one common coil. I think this tach wire has to do with protecting the engine from over reving. Anyone put one of these in a thing like this? Thanks, *******.

I have the cruise control working just fine now. However when I disengage the clutch before canceling the cruise the engine revs up. I understand from the instructions that the blue wire needs to be attached to the ignition system to prevent this. Anyone know how to help?
