No pics, but my friend has a '51 Coronet Club Coupe that he subframed with a '74 or so Nova. The rearend out of the Nova sat perfectly on the rear springs and the 350/350 combo looks right at home. He slid the Nova subframe up to the top of the original Dodge frame rails and got an instant drop without cutting the front springs or altering any other suspension parts. He just has to make sure he doesn't go to any Mopar meets.
I've got a 49 Coronet. I've put a 350/400 combo in her and using original rearend and brakes. Put some grenada springs in the front and lowered her 2 -2 1/5 inches. I can't download pics right now, but you can see her if you search for "nashvegas99" and look up "my project...1949 Dodge Coronet"
