What kind of lathe did I buy?

    So bought this lathe today. It's small and old.

  2. An old one, do you have an electric motor to go with it??

    looks like a iddy biddy lathe ......I think it's for rebuilding armatures on starters and generators

    Nope no motor, I gotta pick one up. I paid a whopping $2.50 for it at an estate sale today so I figure worse case I have a really cool tool for the shelf.

    I fixed the pics for ya.

    the
    chuck is 4 in, the overall length is 18 in. the distance from the chuck to the centering pin deal is about 9-10 with it adjusted all the way out.
