Event Coverage Bay Area car shows: randomly updated pictoral experiences in 12 exposures.

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by fur biscuit, May 15, 2010.

  1. I shoot an old Rolleiflex (120)...no digital, so if it ain't perfect it is cause i muffed the shot.

Decided to turn this into a running thread, will continuously update with my travels and travails. 12 pictures or so at a time.

Royal Jokers first friday car show (May), if anyone knows the cars...

Your pix are a tad too big. But I still liked this one best. Gary

Thank you for sharing those great images. I really enjoyed the black & white stuff. Keep on shooting.

  14. that one is a little older than mine, which is a K4B ('58). that has a built in light meter...i have to wander around with my hand held meter.

will be shooting all year long.

Actually, that's not my ROLLEIFLEX (just a "generic" pic I culled from the Internet) ... however, I do still have both of my father's old ROLLEIFLEX's [a K7C (circa '54) & a K4C Xenotar (circa '58)] ... and his old hand held SEKONIC "Studio S" exposure meter :)

This shot makes me want to trade in my Canon 5D, or at least break out the AE-1 and scrounge up some slide film.

these are just low res ****py scans too...i love the rolleiflex, but digital is so much creaper to shoot. there is no comparision in quality though.
