Hello all. I am Guy, living in Yuma, AZ and Clarksville, TN. Work brought me back to the desert. Most of the family is in Tennessee, so I drive the 1800 miles often. My two drivers are a 1987 Corvette and a 2004 Ford E-250. The van is my hillbilly home on wheels. The Corvette is a project that's still drivable. I built a few old Fords when I was in high school and in the military- back in the 1970s. I'd like to build another old Ford, something like 1956 to 1962, although I like a lot of different cars, so I could build anything. I built some airplanes over the last 20 years, but I'm wanting to build a car again.
Welcome airbosss! Your living in my planned retirement town. I worked at the air station back in the late 80's.
Yeah, ya can't beat the weather here. I can drive the Corvette year around... and there's no rust on anything! Fifteen years in Ohio made me hate rust. Tennessee was much better, but still some rust. This place is perfect. Nice '55! You chop the top?
Welcome to Yuma, the Ghouls car club puts on a good show in a few weeks November 5th at Gateway park come check it out.
