Can anyone ID this hub cap??

It's a "dog dish" cap approx. 10" wide and it has "1950-53 OE HC" written on the inside which I ***ume it means a 1950-53 original equipment hub cap, BUT for what make of car.

the one on the left looks like an aftermarket replacement cap, no logo. I just picked up a set of 49-50 Chevy caps with no bowtie, just a red rectangle. I've seen 40 Ford Deluxe caps that said "the deluxe" in the center.

    FYI-
The skin on the HC is br*** with a nickel and then chrome plating.
    The shell is pure steel.

    Thanks again,
    Mike
