i've p***ed the point of no return, cut off old exhaust and have started installing this set of Thrush "Outsiders"..... not real traditional (i'm kind of stuck in the 70's).

any thoughts? good or bad... i'm building so they can be installed/unistalled complete and easy. I hope they don't sound to ****py....

I always liked the look of the Thrush pipes, and yours are in good shape. If you're happy with 'em - go for it!

    yeah, thanks again........
i'm gonna polish better but i was thrashing to get installed before Jalopy Showdown. I don't have any finished pics yet, will post later

I had mixed reviews at showdown, but i really like them.......alittle too much 70's for different tastes...

I like it a lot. Changes the flavor of any pickup and moves it more toward serious hot rod

Many moons ago I ran a set of those hanging off the running boards on my 39 Ford Std coupe. When I tore the coupe apart for the BIG rebuild I removed them and I have no idea where they went? Getting old is fun, you can play hide and seek with yourself.
