Hey all. well im scott and while im not much for internet forms i find myself in a state that seems forgotten by good 'ol fashioned hot rods. I would much rather sit around the parts shop shooting the shit and looking at guys cars in person. Such is life in the military i suppose. Well as far as cars go i own a '73 chevy k5 blazer that is far from original it was my first project i bought and paid for all the modifications myself back when i was 16. I love that truck but it needs ALOT of work to get back to where i can be proud of it again. I just acquired my latest project yesterday a 1954 ford customline. The body is is really great shape considering its age and obvious lack of attention. The old girl needs alot of love and im more than happy to give it to her. Something you guys should know about me is i will in no way ever put down your views or ideas of how things should be, i will also never apologize for my own views. If you are intent on attempting to put down or shun my views or ideas you'll surly find the reason why i enjoy my job in the military. Im not here to argue "trad" versus "rat rod" or any crap like that. Im just here to talk to some 'ol fashioned grease monkeys like myself. I am here to help where i can and get advice when i need it. I'll see you guys out there.
Saying you don't want to argue will not wash here. There are those that will argue with themselves, and say it's (you) they are arguing with! Ha. Looking forward to seeing what you do with that shoebox anyhow, thanks for serving, and welcome.
welcome! From Maryland-This site is a wealth of info,I wouldn't be where I'm at w/ my car at all if it wasn't for some really cool helpful people on this site who have taken there time and in-site to help me out...enjoy
Sorry but I'm gunna have to argue that point with you, or me. Welcome to the H.A.M.B. from New Zealand. Scotty.

So... You're a Shycobilly? So you go crazy doing the pogo to really fast rockabilly, but you don't want anyone to see you? Interesting.
oh yea in my haste i misspelled my display name...... anyone know how to fix that by the way? ha ha im not hung up on it but if its an easy fix it would be worth it.
Yep, PHYSCO... PSCYHO...PSHYCO... it's just a prick of a thing to spell. Not sure if you can change it though, might as well re-register while you've only got a handful of posts... although that name might already be taken.
