Ya, I saw you had one in your collection there. I saw that one on e bay quite a while back. I commissioned him to do this one. He asked why when I carve my own. I said not as good as yours. His detail is amazing.
What else you have there in that collection?
Looks like you have some cool stuff there.

Mine's from a 60's table centerpiece. A hunk of driftwood with these balls and some plastic leaves stapled to it.

there's a hamb member and good friend of mine, coopercustoms, he makes some bad*** knobs out of clear epoxy. Put whatever you can dream up inside it. You name it he's done it from bugs, eyeballs, even a pig testicle. I'll bug him to post some pics on this thread. He also does motorcycle grips with the epoxy end.

Cool thread!I ran across this thread while doing a search for a wooden auto shift knob with a ****on..... In cherry. You guys with manual transmission have it easy!!!!!It fits the stock auto shifter (converted to 4 spd OD) and there's is no exposed hardware. The ****on functions exactly the same as the stock piece.I know it's not a "jalopy" but it's one of the recent custom touches I've added to the car in all years I've had it.
