Woha, stuck 390 huh? remove the spark plugs. drain the engine oil and fill the crankcase with diesel and some atf, for light lubrication and cleaning properties.
Be sure the Transmission is not at fault and be sure the starter motor is not at fault.
get a breaker bar on the nose of the crankshaft damper bolt and rock the crankshaft back and fourth. if you get it to move drain the oil pan and fill with oil. Give it a shot and let us know whats next.
