Well the last of the "stuffers" just left. A GREAT time was had by all.... and we even got some work done too. [IMG] I wanted to say a HUGE thanks to all the GMB that show up to help. It was greatly apprecaited and certainly not possible to accomplish something along these lines without everyone pitching in.

For the most part the guys "behaved" themselves and really didn't raid my closets..... they were too busy writing "love notes" and "special surprises" for some of the packages. [IMG] I haven't laughed this hard in a long time. You guys are in for a treat. [IMG]

I have gotten a few PM's already asking if there are still calanders available....the answer is YES! But I'm sure they won't last long once folks start getting theirs and word gets out how cool they are! PayPal Ryan NOW and he'll get word to me to ship to you OR snail me me a check. Go HERE for purchasing details!!!

Basement dwellers.... they were responsible for cutting all the cardboard into the right sizes (plus lots of "love notes" came from these "guys" [IMG] KustomBuilder looks pretty happy there on that bed with nothing but a room full of GMB's [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

I've reside myself to the fact that this part of the basement floor will permanantly look like this [IMG]

all packed up and ready to GO! They will all be taken to the post office tomorrow and shipped EXCEPT for JAMES LEIS who didn't leave his address when he paypaled. Please PM me with your shipping info and I'll get it out to you.

  2. So...when do I get my cookies!? [IMG]

*EDIT* No fair...you posted the cookie weiners after I posted. Oh well. Nice work everyone!

One certain HAMBer requested that we not "rub on" his calendars... I personally gave his EXTRA SPECIAL attention! [IMG] [IMG]

The pictures would get the entire crew of GMB banned, so I guess he'll never really know what happened to his calendar before he got it! [IMG] [IMG]

DO NOT just throw away the packages they arrive in, make sure to check the cardboard insert for special messages, and look for enclosed coupons. Please note that all of the recipients of these notes and coupons were picked at random, we here at the G.M.B. get together, are an equal oppurtunity bunch.

*** Coupons are non-expiring, and have no cash value. ***

I must admit I was a bit worried before I got there since this was my inaugural GMB gathering... It turns out ALL the stories were TRUE!! [IMG]

Just kidding! It was a great time! Thanks Denise for providing a great spread of food! It was awesome meeting everyone. I hope we don't scare too many people off w/ all the 'extras' in their packages...

Thanks for all the work y'all put into the calendars. When I got mine last year the cardboard was recycled from somebodys paint gun spray pattern test. [IMG] It doesn't get any better than that! You guys are the best!

    Thanks,
    John

Thanks for hosting another groovy shin-dig, Denise! [IMG]

Those that didn't show up (DirtyT!) don't know what they were missing...we even had a slide show featuring progress shots of Big Olds with a full retro disco music soundtrack after the work was done!

The Special Coupons inside some of the calendars can be redeemed at any HAMB gathering...I understand that Kustombuilder will be handling the piggy back rides himself...wish I had gotten my calendar mailed to me now!

Oh yeah...thanks to Flatheadpete for the groovy greeen shift knob and the sweet deal on the new intake for the Secret Project (code name" "Angel In Blue")! He even threw in carb studs...what a guy!!

Damn, that carmel-apple pie was great...blended nicely with the Rolling Rock! [IMG] [IMG]

Your more then welcome bud. Always a pleasure to have you here at the house. Speaking of Rolling Rock, you left a bunch of it here. Either swing by and get it OR I'll throw it in the cooler for the Detroit Autorama for ya. Thanks again for coming out to help.

I'll use the beer as an excuse to drop by again sometime soon! [IMG]

(Denise's street is packed with smooth & slippery snow...great for impromptu handbrake bootlegger turns and donuts...I had fun parking the car twice!)
