yea its an old buisness lot but the address is correct, it sits right next to a burger joint called Chez Burgers, its 1 block southy of Fair Ave on S. presa just look for all the rods on the right side.
the shop owner also asked everyone to please bring their own chairs and canopy/pop up tents since shade and chairs are lilmited thanx!
