The number one reason I put the short end of the belt on the outside of the seat. Peeps just don't pay attention before they close the door.

I think that may just be how the running board it made on this one and that you are seeing a shadow.

I do agree with short side out for the same reason though :D

I'm not sure what it is, a big rubber blob or whatever but it sticks out like a sore thumb and looks awful.

That was the Goodguys Kustom of the Year winner a few years ago. Flathead power too.

  11. It's for sale.....owner passed this year, per my conversation with his widow:(....he was having a Model A built, and she wants to finish it in his memory.
I slobbered on it a couple times---pics are stunning, but it's way better in person:cool: I hope my 3W is half as cool.

Thanx for these pix. I SO wanted to be there this year, but... Do you know what the engine in the silver 5W coupe is? More pix coming? Later, Gary

Nevermind, its probably a 409. Dumb question.

I've seen this car before... never fails to bring a smile. I just love cars with a little sense of humor but don't go crazy, over the top with it. Gary

  20. hey man, thanks for posting those pics, the green tall top A, the red m5 stude are my builds, and of course the crappy gold toothed Buick is mine. the A won best of class, but we had no idea until we got home and the owner found the notice in his stack of car show crap. that trip was 300 miles and was its first time out of the shop. it was flawless, not a problem. thanks again.

Great pics as always. Thanks for sharing them. Glad to see the show went on and looks like a good turnout. Nashville needed a good boost after the events of recent weeks. Just wish I could have made it over this time.

Hell, that's not tuff...it's a '66 Rambler (Ambassador), better known as the AMC (American Motors Corp.) at that time...
