Hey folks, I'm 29 and have been involved with cars (or almost anything with a motor) since I was able to hand my dad wrenches. I'm currently doing a frame-off on a 56 Mercury Phaeton. Been lurking for 8 months or so and figured I'd make it official. I dig the forum (amazing picture threads) and the knowledgeable folks in it.
Thanks for the welcome all. I'm in Petaluma. Here's what I started with and the current state of the Merc. I've got some rust to patch and some dents to pull, but otherwise it seems okay. Gonna try my hand at beading some sheet metal for the floor boards soon to try to match the factory floors. We'll see how that goes.
