Pocono drag lodge reunion 2010!!!!

I'm happy to announce that we have set a date for the Second Annual Pocono Drag Lodge reunion, to be held on August 14, 2010, from 9 am to 5 pm. Since the First reunion was such a gas lets do it again!! I learned a lot from the first event and hope to make the second one even better. Some of the things I'm working on are:

* in conjunction with the PDL reunion we will host the first Annual WARM Mighty 590 reunion, to celebrate the best radio station ever, anywhere. We will have some of the Sensational Seven on hand, and Joey Shaver has promised he will have the "SUNDAY-SUNDAY-SUNDAY" PDL radio spot for us to drop in between tunes.

* Looking at Dash plaques for the first 500 show cars

* I'm proud to announce that we will have Vicki Bell's blues band, The Alison P. Suter band , giving us an exclusive concert. Vicki is the daughter of Sara Perugino Kinch, and Wally Bell.

* Looking at improvements in the sound system

* More vendors

Thanks to everyone for helping with the 2010 Pocono Drag Lodge reunion. We are on track and are working hard to make this a memorable event. We learned a lot last year and are trying work the bugs out. We have cleared out the spectator parking lot, 4 acres, have fixed the entrance road, and have a second entrance to the strip near the finish line. The track will be broomed again like last year. Joe Amato, Bruce Larson, and Wally Bell will be in attendance. Working on improvements on the sound system. Come on up and join us!!
