Could anyone help direct me to a good hydraulic jack repair shop in Central/North New Jersey or Central/East PA?

Reason being is I found this cool 1 ton Blackhawk bottle jack at this antique tractor flea market a few weeks back.

It is US-made and old enough that is has a br*** tag rivited to the bottle. I would like to save it and be able to use it.

I'd even consider shipping it to someone who would take it in and fix it.

    Thanks.

How do you know it's broken? I have a bunch of old bottle jacks and usually they just need a refill of hyd oil.
