Fiberglass Galaxie Bumpers - who's using them?

    Alright, I'm about to pick up a '64 Galaxie project that is going to need front and rear bumpers. I've seen the price$$ for getting the factory bumpers straightened and rechromed and am considering using a fibergl*** bumper instead. Anybody on here using the Crites or Dearborn front and rear bumpers? If so, what are your opinions? Any pics of them installed would also be most appreciated. Thanks :)

    get new chrome ones... or rechrome yours..
    the gl*** ones dont look right at all to me

    Mine are too far gone to be cost effective plus I'm considering the weight savings if I use fibergl***. In case I change my mind though, who is making new chrome bumpers? I couldn't find any at Mac's or any of the other resto vendors sites.
