Almost too nice for what I would like to do it. Check it out, California car, 68K actual miles, original paint, trunk paint, jack etc. beautiful interior. Engine compartment was detailed, factory chrome package etc. A neck snapping 194 cu putting out 120hp. I think it might be the family car while I search out the elusive 34 steel three window or 32 Steel Roadster. My daughters said I better hide the keys...They like it.

Your right on the power steering, power brakes, and tinted gl***, but no AC....well other than the cowl ventilation and vent windows! It's still a four bolt pattern, but was updated from 13" wheels to 14" wheels for the accessory caps.
nice car! i had a `67 hardtop with the 194 c.I. engine, had to be real careful with it- it would get sideways real quick. BAHAHAAA!!!
Powerglide??? if so it will be the slowest car you ever own. I had a 66 in about the same condition. it was slower than my Hot Rod Datsun pickup. very nice. I wouldn't touch a thing other than maintanence or repair stuff. I sold mine about 1980 for $2700.00. my buddies thought I was nuts for asking that much. prolly worth triple that now.
that car is real nice , id be hunting for a finned valve cover and a dual carb intake and split exhaust manifolds for the 6 cylinder nice score

way nice car. i wish i had one! my dad had a '64 when he went to vietnam in '67. it was a ss, factory 4 spd, factory tach, 4:11 posi, high horse 283??? i think, all the options.... a few months in country and he got a letter from my grandparents saying they sold it for what was owed (they had co-signed)!!! wonder what thats worth now!!! anyway, *****in ride. leave her stock, and give it to your daughter (keep the tradition going)

If the interior wasn't so darn perfect I'd suggest doing what I did with mine and install a T5 behind the little 194. You get to use ALL 120 of those horses.
Nice car! I would leave it the way it is. I guess you know those black California license plates are collector items. If by chance you ever change the engine in any way I would be interested the chrome air cleaner cover. I got a chrome valve cover like yours, I just got to clean it up and put it on.
This was an itch I've wanted to scratch back to the late 70's. When I was 14 and trying to decide on a 40 chevy 2 door sedan street rod project or a white 63 Nova 2dr post with one of the first 383 strokers in the area. I bought the 40 and always have been a ****er for white 60's cars especially solid ones. On the way to looking at it I was thinking about a stroker motor disquised as an early 283 or 327, maybe with a 700R4. If the girls take an interest I'll probably leave it as if for a few years. It could make a neat sleeper.
Nice car. I had one slip thru my fingers years ago-still regret it. I had a 194 in a 66 El Cam. It was the slooowest thing I ever owned. But that just might be the thing for a new driver. Congrats.
Usually I'd be all over dropping a more powerful drivetrain in but DAMN that thing is perfect! I'd have a real hard time changing anything on it. I hope you give it some serious thought, there can't be many that clean left.
