Things have been slower than anticipated due to Detroit Autorama keeping everyone busy. Here is the show card with basic rules and shirt art that will be on hand at Autorama. If any one out here on the HAMB is interested in promoting their business or can lead me to someone who would be, please pm me with info or if you would like to talk directly to someone, contact Boomer at Boomers Bike Shop in Clarkston, Mi. (248) 623-6418. We are looking for goodie bag items. We want to put together 500 bags. Anything you got. Everybody likes a heavy goodie bag. Thanks and stop in at the booth next to the Poor Boys display at Autorama.
Another idea this year is to have a secondary area for cars that fit the show theme but is just outside the rules. Last year we had cars show that looked right but were not old enough.
I have been informed we are putting together pedal car races for the kids. Bring what ya got for your kid if you have one. For the kids that don't have them, were going to come up with a few loaners. I'm sure there will be prizes for the victors. More on rules later.
Billetproof decided to move to a different date and location here in Mi. Peckerheads CC and Poor Boys Detroit CC, the hosts of pervious Billetproof shows, had a contract with the fairgrounds for 2 more years so we are putting on a show that is the same place and weekend as what the other show was. So now we have two traditional shows here, Billet in May and Sins in June. Now we need fillers for July and August. We've got Hunnert Car Pile Up in Ill. to cover Sept.
yep, this will be the 4th year of the show..grows more every year..half the park is designated for the pre '69 and rods & kustoms and the other half of the park is for the stock cl***ics, muscle cars..etc so it's sorta 2 shows in 1 park
Yep! Gonna be a killer show. Kind of like a show within a show. Lots to do and see. Come one come all!!!
Keep us posted. I'll push the guys to come out. A couple of us want to make an effort to get out to a lot of events this year.
sounds good, would really appreciate the support..I'll bring some flyers along with me to your show...I'm going to keep pushing to get the '31 done but prolly wont happen but if the Caddys not sold I'll drive it out there
Thanks! The full website has the same look. I'm getting ready to launch the full website tomorrow to coincide with Autorama. I can't believe how many people have already signed up on the mailing list. We're going to be p***ing out a bunch of fliers and we'll have tshirts so come by and say hi. The site will have shirts too. I've been making limited ad space available on the site, so if there are more vendors that want it PM me or contact me through info@sinsofsteel.com. It's super cheap, just trying to cover some of my costs.
Here is a shot of the new poster, one of the shirts and the sticker. There will also be two other shirts and a patch everyone will be talking about. Seriously, there will be talk about the patch that WILL NOT be shown till Sat., so come get one. The poster and sticker art by Marc Nischan. Shirt by Keven Carter. Thanks to both and please check out there web sites to see more cool art.
could not get shirt photo to pop up as a larger pic. Check it out by looking up Sins of Steel Traditional Car show on Facebook
