After 1966, the only GM division with multiple carburetion was Chevrolet due to corporate mandate with the oncoming storm of emissions and insurance companies decrying the muscle cars. 60 Corvette, yes. 69 Camaro, yes and no, 2X4 manifold shipped in the trunk of the car as a dealership add on only, not from production. Definitely Buick never had multiples after the nailhead Riv's in production. Now,maybe some "skunkworks" stuff was snuck out of the Proving Grounds or the Tech Center, but that would be the only way.
I remember a friend had a '63 Chevy Impala SS with a stock 409 with dual quads and a Borg Warner T10 4speed. It also had the tac on the cowl.
You GM guys are so funny, thinking GM would have to be it. Mopar was the last, with the best. The '71 Hemi's.
That would be dual 2 throat throttle bodies, not dual quads... There were a couple 440+6s that snuck out in very early production of the 72s, but the 71 426 was the last dual quad....AFAIK.
Chumlees, the last dual quad on a Vette was 61. As far as the sources go, you could get a 69 Camaro Z/28 with a cross-ram dual quad.
Funny to see them scramble -"must have been a corvette" ; Twas the big bad Hemi in '71, still a regular production option.
