I.D. My engine and carb please

    Sitting in my 59 f100..Is it a 223 or 262? Also, what carburetor ?

    Most likely a 223....if you can post a pic of the timing cover / water pump I could be more sure...

    223 Ford...and that looks like a autolite 1100 to me.

    223. Most, if not all, 262's have the fuel pump mounted on the timing cover, p***enger side, and they're gear driven, no timing chain.
