Actually that car IS traditional in late 50's-'60's style thought.
Guy's have been cutting gull wing doors into various cars ever since Mercedes did it to the 300SL coupe in the mid 50's.
I know of a Red metalflake '49 Merc 4 door that's been 2 doored on the driver's side and had the rear door on the passenger side cut into a gull wing similar to that one.
The interior is "Den of Iniquity" crushed red velvet pussy packer whore house plush. the car is bizzarre to the stars but so far out there it's BITCHIN!

I'm with you, DRJ! There are a bunch of people who've got it in their head that a custom is a custom only if it's done the way they would do it. Same with rods. I've always had a problem fitting into other people's molds, and ain't gonna start now. If I want to mix styles and eras, I will. I was there in the "old" days, and guys used what they had, what they could afford, and did some weird shit if it suited them. We still do. If the "religious" types cry and gnash their teeth, so much the better. At least we know they're paying attention.
