I emailed Ms Kehoe over a week ago to ask if, in fact, that is what she said, and if that is how she feels. As of this morning...no response. I will keep on top of this. Next step will be a letter to the editor in our San Diego newspaper to bring it out in the open, to start a dialogue, and let her constiuants know what a dimwit she is...

And can we please back-off on the California bashing? It just makes you look very petty, and jealous of the 38 million of us who reside here. If you don't like California, please don't visit, and please just go to the next thread...

  5. The guys from California are the ones complaining.... Just agreeing with them.

I immediately did the same thing when this was first published and I also got no response. I was factual and polite and only asked if the statement credited to her are true. I guess she does not care and truly means what she says.
What a narow minded hateful person. Sad, really.

So, now you can tow all the old cars in California around on trailers behind big trucks that emit 3X the pollution as the old car.

Ok after a little more reading in the other thread I see that the current Bill is CALIFORNIA BILL: AB-1740 which is for kit and special construction cars, and appears to be a step in the right direction.

I will be keeping my eye on Senator Christine Kehoe from the San Diego area she appears to be very anti-auto hobby

"Hell" I wasn't bashing CA. One of my favorite places to go twice a year in June and January. I was just alerting the m***es to what is going on. Be nice to know what her motives are and why she has them.

Couldn't find anything on the SEMA website. I think she had better figure out that this is a $36.7 Billion Industry and that California gets a lions share of that business. This would be a fool hardy bit of legislature to try and introduce. Could be political suicide.

And for all you that feel the need to bash California, please crawl back in your hole and keep your childish comments to yourself. We don't really care what you think, nor do we need to listen to your comments - we don't bash your **** hole. If you don't like it here, don't come visit, we're better off without the added traffic. As the Bumper sticker says - "Welcome to California, Now Leave"
