Wow...that grill looks like it'd work very well on an early '30s hot rod. The right size, the right shape, but unique style...and an unlikely source.

Well this grill is a pretty good sized chunk of change to me. I Like the grill but I am wondering what it is worth so maybe I should hold off and wait instead of overpaying or if its worth a good deal then I will feel alot better about getting it. Anyone have any guesses on it's value?

It would be most likely going on my 31 model a pickup.

  13. just buy it you know you want it, make him a reasonable offer- if he won't sell it just steal it.... only joking. as a wise man said- "something is only what you are willing to pay, not what jay lenno is willing to pay" LOL

If its what you want and your are going to use it, no you didn't pay too much.

If you "kinda, sorta" liked it and it will sit on the wall of your garage, then maybe...

Hey it's even ribbed for more enjoyment.

  26. **** for $500 you can buy the eBay one and have it shipped to you airmail and have money left over. I sent half of a '38 Chevy truck grille to some European country last fall for about $70.

It's like the '61-ish Holden hubcaps I saved in '07. Rare here? Yes. Worth more because of that? No. If a guy wants nice ones that bad he'll buy them from Australia and have them sent here.

why would you pay $500 for it when the one that was posted here that is on ebay is at $140 with no bids? You can buy it & with the shipping it 'll be under $200........
