One wire alternator

    Without all the one wire opinions please :), but what gauge wire would you use on a one wire 75 amp alternator? 4 gauge? 8 gauge? Something smaller?

    10 ga. will work great.

    Yeah I use 10. Works fine
     
  5. Never used anything heavier than 10 gauge myself. How often will you be pulling the entire 75 amps?

    Thanks for all the advice. Looks like 10 gauge might be just fine.
