Channeling the body that much certainly looks cool, but I don't know how you guys sit in those things...
I love the way your car sits and looks! great job man! what is the ride height you got there? I am buiding a sedan my self and thinkin of having mine 4-5in off the ground.
Nice to see some updates. Car is looking good! Hell if it ever stops snowing, we might be able to drive them this year!!
I'm loving this build, and to me the front end is no different than a typical suicide set up, except its all above the chassis. I think its cool to try something different like this, too many rods built to the same formula, which i why i also went underslung with my T, although using parallel leaf springs. Its good to think outside the square and do something a bit different. I've had old rodders look at my T and you can see them trying to figure out how it works, real WTF looks on their faces. 4" is good ride height too, i've only got 3 1/2" to the lowest point at the moment for the shakedown driving and its not quite enough for the crap roads here in NZ, taller rear tires will help there. Otherwise the whole underslung concept works well and drives as good as anything else and sure handled well on the track!!
